Make a Bigger Impact with Smaller Caseloads! Lakes Country Service Cooperative (LCSC) is expanding its Lakes Country Academy (LCA) program, including the opening of a new site in Moorhead, Minnesota! We are seeking Special Education Teachers to join our growing team and be part of this exciting expansion.

Be part of a collaborative, trauma-informed team that prioritizes both student and staff success. LCA is a level IV setting that provides specialized services to students who are referred by their resident school district.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Minnesota Special Education Teachers (Tier 3 or 4) in Emotional Behavior Disorders (EBD) preferred.
• Candidates with eligibility for Tier 1 or 2 licenses or Out of Field Permission will also be considered.
• Ideal applicants will have experience working with K-12 students with behavioral challenges and a passion for collaborative, student-centered instruction.

Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $55,998.00 to $86,871.00 based on license and experience.
