Lakes Country Service Cooperative (LCSC) is expanding its Lakes Country Academy (LCA) program to better serve students and families, including the opening of a new site in Moorhead, Minnesota! We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Lakes Country Academy (LCA) in Moorhead, Minnesota.
The RBT assists the LCA Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with behavior programming and is directly supervised by the LCA BCBA.
Your Role Will Include:
Direct (time with students and staff):
- Supporting staff in challenging classrooms.
- Supporting staff with struggling students.
- Modeling behavior interventions.
- Responding to codes.
Indirect:
- Collecting and analyzing data in collaboration with LCA BCBA.
- Assisting with incident report management.
- Actively participating in behavior meetings.
- Participating in supervision meetings with LCA BCBA.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certified as Registered Behavior Technician.
- Preferred: Experience working with students with challenging behaviors.
- A positive attitude, patience, and a passion for helping students succeed.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $32,760.00 to $47,312.00.

Location & Shift Times:
- Lakes Country Academy, Moorhead, MN.
- Workdays: 182 days/year, aligned with the school calendar.
- 8 hours per day.
